Island Ventures team run a valet style SCUBA Dive and Snorkeling operation in Key Largo. Customer satisfaction is top priority we have our Divers and Snorkelers as a priority.
SCUBA and Snorkel trips are assessed 2 days prior to departure. we consider who we have on board and the weather conditions expected.
If we feel you will not have a great time because of the weather conditions we will call you to discuss.
We plan ahead so we do not have to disappoint Divers and Snorkelers after they have traveled to our location!
We are currently only offering full boat charters so you can be assured that we only have your party on board our boats.
Every trip that we do is tailored to the group on boats.
Customers choose what Dive/Snorkel site they would like to go and we make recommendations on where the best place to go would be and hopefully the two match!
Second priority is the environment that we inhabit.
We are engaged in a number of Environmental initiatives that we also give our customers a opportunity to join us in helping. Two of our most popular are Dive Against debris and Coral conservation.
Not focussed on getting as many customers on our boats as we can and running marginal dive and snorkel trips.

From initial contact and booking to organizing and running your tour safely and with the best possible experience we can can give.
Boats
Our shop has 3 Island Hopper boats licensed by Coast Guard to carry 22 passengers each.
We like to ensure that everybody has plenty room so we limit our SCUBA Dive trips to 10 people and our Snorkel trips to 12.
Each boat will run at 20 knots in calm seas which means we can get to the reef in under 40 mins.
Equipment
Rental equipment is either made by Sherwood, Akona or Cressi and is less than 2 years old.
Authorized dealers for Sherwood, Akona, Genesis and Cressi.
We do have some items in stock at our small dockside store.

Tours
Island Ventures dock is in the Pilot House marina at the center of Key Largo
We have plenty of on road parking and very close to 2 restaurants both within walking distance.
We are the only SCUBA Dive and Snorkel operator that goes to Carysfort in the north down to Pickles reef in the south.
Along with our regular reef and wreck trips we run a number of different SCUBA Dive and Snorkel trips.
Are specialized trips cover Dive Against Debris, Coral Restoration, Lionfish Hunting, Lobster Harvesting and Octopus discovery.
Blue Star Operator
All the team have additional reef care training from Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary.
Blue Star accreditation awarded in 2018.
We continue to work on improving our knowledge to help protect it for future generations.
